Positioned right on the water’s edge east out over the Atlantic Ocean is this flat piece of oceanfront land. The access is via a secondary road in an area known as Johnson’s Development in St. Philip. The lot is located just to the south of Foul Bay next to Ocean City.

There is a rough path leading down to the water where there is a seasonal sandy beach which gets bigger and smaller depending on the tides and the time of year.
